Research interests
The research interests of Professor Chung are in basic plasma physics (theoretical and experimental),
beam physics, and computational methods.
Recent research has been in the modeling and
experiments of the processing plasmas (especially nitrogen-argon discharge, electronegative discharge), and the development of atmospheric-pressure plasma jet and its application to biomedical treatment.
